A new division within an established Medical Devices and Scientific company are currently looking for a Scientific Engineering Project Manager who has experience in the development of Medical Devices, Scientific, Biology or Laboratory devices. Based in Cambridge, you will work across a number of different projects and applications of the scientific devices.
As these devices cover a broad range of biology sciences, we ideally want you to have experience within proteomics, transcription, genomics, metabolomics, lipidomics or epigenomics fields. You will have been project managing teams of scientists and engineers in these fields, while specifically having experience of the engineering development of devices yourself.
The company has a fully established team of scientists, so the knowledge you will bring into the team will be focusing on the R&D of the device side of the devices. Your background could have been in Mechanical Design, Electronics Design or another engineering field that led you into a technical Project Manager or Project Lead role in the future.
The company offer an excellent starting salary, bonus, pensions, healthcare, free meals/snacks, gym membership and other benefits you would expect from larger organisations.
As a new division, career growth is a real possibility for the right person. The company also offer continual training and development to keep you at the forefront of your field.
It is expected that you would hold a relevant scientific, physics or engineering degree that led you into a biology based Scientific Engineering Project Management course.
I expect a lot of interest in this role and the company are looking to recruit quickly, so if you are interested in this role I suggest applying immediately or risk missing out on the role.
