Position title
Senior Software Engineer – Biotechnology – C#
Description

A growing spin-out biotechnology company, based in South Cambridge, are currently looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to help with the development of Medical Devices that will save lives.

Their technology can help with cancer treatments, as well as a lot of other life-threatening diseases.

Ideally, you will have practical experience using C# and Python on Biotechnology and Medical Devices. It would be advantageous if you have worked specifically to IEC 62304 standards, but not essential.

This spin-out company is very well funded and due to this you have the job security you normally get with larger organisations. This also means that your benefits are in line with larger companies also, including an excellent starting salary, bonuses, pension, healthcare, dental, gym membership, wellness programs and other excellent benefits.

You’ll also get to develop your career with both continual skills and industry training. You will also be asked to be involved with recruiting junior members of staff and mentoring their development, helping develop your career into a more senior position as the company grows.

It is expected that you would hold a computer sciences degree, or another subject that has led you into a C# and Python developing career.

I expect a lot of interest in this role, as people are always looking for exciting Biotechnology/Medical Devices start-ups and spin-out companies to join. So, if you are interested in this role, I would suggest making an application now or risk missing out.
