Description

A growing Medical Devices company, based in London, are currently looking to recruit a Medical Devices Patient Engagement Manager to take control of their Clinical Customer Services duties.

This is an important role that will involve engaging with their patients across Europe, making sure the products are being used successfully to treat respiratory conditions.  The focus of the role with be the UK and Germany, so being able to speak fluent English and German is essential.  It would also be beneficial if you speak some other languages.

This role will be based in West London and will be office based, unfortunately home-based work is not currently possible.

The company have been winning awards with their unique Medical Device and the growth of the company is being planned across the globe.  Due to this, the company will be growing and offering future career development.

You will be liaising between the company, their clients, patients and the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs teams.  Communication is key and you will need to have been in a Medical Devices based Customer Services/Patient Engagement role for a number of years.

It would be useful if you have had a clinical background before moving into customer services/patient engagement, but not essential.
