A growing Healthcare company, based in Boston, are currently looking for an Office Manager to help with the day to day running of the company’s administrative duties and provide Sales Support.  The company is building its sales channels across the EU, US and Asia so ideally want someone who has been an Office Manager in a sales office, providing Sales Support to the sales and marketing teams.

At times, you will be acting as the face of the organisation to international clients and patients, due to this we need you to have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.  This is not a role that can be operated at home, so you will be in the office daily.

It is expected that you would hold a degree in a relevant field along with a good level of administration skills.  Working in this type of role normally means you must have a high level of attention to detail and make sure sales quotes, outgoing invoices and incoming invoices are correct.

The company is growing quickly, meaning more and more responsibility will be available for the right person.  Your duties to start with will be working on sending sales invoices, quotes, replies to clients, duties to support the CEO, COO and other business leaders plus other duties in line with Office Management.

Due to the nature of this companies product, it would be ideal for you to have worked in a Medical Devices, Healthcare or Life Sciences company providing Office Management and Sales Support services.

The role will pay a great starting salary and a 20% bonus and benefits.  Due to a recent funding round, the security of this role is higher than with most companies currently.
