Position title
Medical Devices Project Engineer – Testing, Quality Assurance and Design
Description

Due to the growth of a Medical Devices company, based in South Birmingham, we are looking for a Medical Devices Project Engineer to join and help with the companies Testing, Quality Assurance, Design and Supply Chain duties.

The company are not expecting you to be an expert in Testing, Quality Assurance, Design and Supply Chain as training will be provided for skills gaps.  They will need you to currently work within the Medical Devices sector, specifically to ISO 13485 standards.

You could be currently working as a Testing Engineer, Quality Engineer, Design Engineer, Design Assurance or Manufacturing/Supply Chain role and looking for a position that will allow you to work in different fields and expand your knowledge.  We would be open to a recent graduate who have had a year placement during their education.

It would be advantageous if you are currently working as a Project Engineer working on different disciplines in the Medical Devices sector, but not essential as mentioned above.

It is expected that you would hold a degree from a relevant subject and then moved into a role in the Medical Devices industry or had a year placement during your education.  It would be highly advantageous if your degree was within a Biomedical field, but not essential.

Apart from skills training, you’ll also be rewarded with an excellent starting salary, friendly work environment, pension, bonus and other benefits.

Due to the interesting work and the potential to learn different areas of the Medical Devices sector I’m expecting a lot of interest in this role.  If you are interested, I suggest applying now or risk missing out.
