A growing Medical Devices company, based in Boston, Massachusetts, are currently looking for a Clinical Trials Manager to co-ordinate and manager the companies North American Clinical Trials. They also need you to manage the Patient Experience duties until the company has grown to a stage when they can hire someone dedicated in the role.
You will be a key member of the company and the Clinical Trials you will run will be vital in the company’s success. Due to the importance of this role, you will need to have successfully run Clinical Trials on Medical Devices in your current or past role, ideally to FDA standards.
As the company grows, you will get the opportunity to take on more responsibility, something that is not often available at most companies.
Until the amount of work is large enough, you will need to also assist with the company’s Patient Experience, customer services and aftercare duties until they are at a size where they can hire a Customer Services/Patient Experience specialist. This is a great opportunity to interreact further with patients as the product is being used, other people in this role in Europe have loved this opportunity.
It is expected that you would hold a degree within a relevant medical or life sciences area. It would be highly advantageous if you also hold a PhD.
Apart from the career progression you will be rewarded with an excellent salary, bonus system, pension and equity in the company.
This type of permanent role does not come up often in the London area and I expect a lot of interest in this role. So, if you are interested, I would suggest applying now or risk missing out.
