Newton Colmore Consulting are working with an exciting biotechnology company in Cambridge who are looking to hire a Field Applications Manager, to join their growing customer solutions team.
As a Field Applications Manager in this growing company, you will be utilising your molecular biology and biochemistry expertise and work at the interface between the company’s customers and the in-house product team. They are developing an exciting product that is the perfect combination of science and engineering and aims to unlock new research pathways.
You will be utilising your scientific commercial experience to interact directly with customers to understand their needs and requirements and provide the resulting technical support. This includes initial setup, application development and working closely with the in-house research and development team.
To be considered for this exciting role you will need to have the following;
- Commercial lab experience and knowledge of bio-characterisation techniques
- Significant experience with handling both DNA and proteins
- Educated to master’s level as a minimum, in biochemistry or molecular biology
- Any prior customer facing experience is extremely beneficial.
