A fast-growing, dynamic robotics firm based in Cambridge are looking to expand their R&D division by bringing on board an experienced Embedded Software Engineers.
We are looking for people who love solving complex technology problems and working at the forefront of innovation.
You will architect and code quality software for new robotics technology aimed at disrupting its market, giving you free reign on developing new and creative ideas. You will be creating real-time embedded solutions and RTOS architectures as well as managing the continuous improvement and integration of the technology into its applications.
You will be working alongside some of the brightest minds in the sector within a real start-up environment. You will also have access to some of the best tools and facilities.
This exciting new role will give the Embedded Software Engineer an excellent opportunity to work on cutting edge products at the forefront of the robotics sector. The product is still in its infancy and as this is a relatively small team you will need to take a hands on approach to the project and to the design and development of complete software systems.
To be considered for this exciting role you will need to have a degree in Computer Science, Electronics or other related subjects. You will need to have experience with the design of complex software systems within a commercial environment. You will also need to have experience with MISRA C or C++ as well as some exposure to highly regulated environments. Any Python scripting experience would be highly beneficial.
