Newton Colmore Consulting is working with a biotechnology and medical devices innovator in Cambridge, and we are searching for an electronics engineer to join the team.

You will be utilising your research and development experience to come up with novel solutions to complex engineering problems on the company’s piezoelectric devices and electromechanical systems. The company’s ground-breaking products can be utilised in several fields and sectors. This means that this exciting opportunity will give you real variety with your design and development work.

If successful with your application than you will be developing new modules, systems and driver boards whilst also designing tests and evaluation methods. As well as being part of the engineering team to develop new products, you will also be working in tandem with the manufacturing team throughout the process, to ensure the products are manufacturable.

The company are looking for an engineer with industry experience (open to level and sector) with electronics design, PCB layout and schematic capture, coupled with an electronics degree and knowledge of embedded systems.
