Design Engineer – Medical Devices
Description

A growing medical devices company, based in Cambridgeshire, are currently looking to add a design engineer to the business to help with the improvement and creation of fluidic medical devices.  You will work closely with physicists, biologists and electronic engineers in the development of new life improving medical devices.

Ideally you will have a focus on sensors development in the past, for medical technology, in particular you will need to know how design and improve technologies to ISO 13485 standards.  This experience will need to have been gained in industry.

Due to the scientific nature of the work it is expected that you would hold a 1st or 2:1 degree within engineering, scientific or another similar subjects.

This role will involve managing small project teams, so if you have headed up teams for important projects in the past make sure you talk about this on your CV when you make an application.
