A really exciting opportunity for someone who really wants to be vital with the establishing a presence in the US, Europe and Asia and growing the company into a financial powerhouse in the Wearable Medical Devices sector. Working as the Chief Financial Officer, you will be reporting directly to the owner and CEO and helping prepare the company to go public or sell in the future.
There is an offer of equity, and the company is what I like to call an accelerated start-up company with the product likely to hit the market within 12-months. This means your equity will be worth a lot in a quicker timeframe than most start-up companies.
The company is establishing their C-Suite in New York and needs someone who has worked in the Medical Devices field previously. Essentially, you will need to have knowledge of reimbursement models for Medical Devices.
Apart from reimbursement models, your role will be involved normal CFO duties along with day to day management of the business also, so it is essential that you would be based in New York already or serious about relocation immediately.
I have already started speaking with people for this role, so if you are interested, I would recommend making an application now or risk missing out.
It is expected that you would hold the relevant qualifications to have moved into a CFO level role previously, within the Medical Devices sector, however your experience will be more important so if you have taken another route to a CFO role, I’d still be happy to hear from you.
